hey guys it doesnt have step pulling like my cinnnatti horizontal milling machine. but it has oil dripper cups on the gear box but there is still alot of oil hole to fill. but anyways. im building a one shot oiling system but i still need something that meters the fluid so the hole doesnt flow out the babbit bearing .

That is a matter of fit and finish. The old girl might be getting crow's feet in the corner of her eyes - so to speak.

in addition to your one shot, there are metering devices simple as the drain valve used on some machines with air reservoirs, and others like the fuel shutoff on some small gas engines.
