  • Husqvarna clutch thread

The last hope, I just could not find it anywhere.

For a project I need to know the thread inside the centrifugal clutch piece of Husqvarna chainsaw type 472.

I believe it is metric and from ebay seller I know this:

the threads measure 13.83mm (using a caliper to measure crankshaft thickness around the threads) and about 1mm center to center on the thread.

Is it safe to assume it is M14x1 LH? I know for a fact that Husqvarna uses left hand threaded clutches.

    Anybody knows for sure?

If you ever need to know, the small Husqvarna clutch - such as¨455 Rancher - has M10x1 LH thread and the big mount - such as 372XP - uses M14x1.25 LH thread.

    The useless information for today

No puller for these, the come off with stopped piston and gentle tap via chisel.
