    I don't know how the cost will be, especially after you add in the cost of shipping, but I expect they're virtually certain to have what you're looking for.

      Freight is not much worse than shipping across Canada or the US. The rates Guy Lautard quoted me for a new Myford (he sells them now - he may still have his old one for sale!) www.lautard.com are reasonable.
