Now that would be a great invention. A keyboard with a breathalyser built into it. I think Facebook and forums would be a lot leaner without the drunk posters.

I am calling my patent lawyer for you Mark.

    I would like to apologize.
I am truly thankful for what all of you did for me.
I have a pile of unanswered letters and addresses on my desk that I intend to write thank you letters to.
I can't begin to describe how disrupted my life became after this fire.
Dealing with the government permits for the cleanup crew, caring for animals that were moved twenty miles from home, four months of intermittent phone service while I depend on the phone for my work. An entire family that has bouts of emotional turmoil.
So much I have to get done and I am getting to old for it.
I want to thank everyone personally but in the mean time I look up at the sky and say "Thank you God" A lot more than I used to.

I dont do it for the thanks. I am surprised how many times I dont get any confirmation that it actually got there from the recip, and it did via UPS confirm.

Thats all I would like! Hey, got it!

Makes a guy think about helping, and I was never one to ask for help, ever. JR
To my knowledge Miner didn't ask for help either. And I know he is very grateful for everything we on this forum did for him.

He put in joke ebay bid on this http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/gafas/craven42.jpg and it turned out he won. Now he's got to build somewhere to put it.

We did a twenty by forty slab between two forty foot seatrains with a fifteen foot apron outside the shop. around the side we did a twelve by twelve the set the trolley crane. And an eight by eight which will be enclosed with chain link fence for the trash barrels.

One of members is in the fastener business. They offered to sell me some stuff. I am in the market for self drilling sheet metal screws and I would be happy to buy from him. I scrolled through this and other threads and can't find the offer. If it rings a bell.......

Good news! We poured twenty yards of concrete today. The new shop has a floor and four imaginary walls that look beautiful.

    Hi Daryl,

I haven't been here for awhile and I am SO glad to hear of your progress.

If you still have the base, column/body and ram for the Atlas shaper I would be interested. Also the associated strips that hold the ram down would be nice, but not absolutely necessary.

I have been playing with the idea of making a small Swiss style jig bore and just can't bring myself to strip my Atlas for a few castings.

I have a decent American made super spacer, some 1-2-3 blocks and I know a lot more that I have been hoping to bring to you.

You may not have to ship. Sound possible?
