  • OT - locating a multi-dimensional hole

I had a dream last night where I had to locate a hole in multiple dimensions (more than 3). It was very confusing and I was not successful.

    Otherwise, I got nuthin.

Last night I dreamed that I was being chased by a school bully. In the dream, I accurately placed several holes in 3 dimensions with a 9mm Berretta.

Not the same? Ok. I got nothin too.
At the end of the project, there is a profound difference between spare parts and left over parts.

        It's really not hard: http://www.mcescher.com/gallery/back...nd/relativity/

My main problem is with the 4th dimension, time, as it normally takes me several attempts to get the hole in the right spot.

And what of M C Escher - how did he sort out items that could have been from the fourth dimension? and/or another dimension?

I dreamt about a garage that had more space than my house.
It also seemed to have tills and store assistants...

              Only 3 dimensions though

We could well be, or I could be jumping to conclusions, a 3 dimension hole could be 3 different diameters, or dimensions ant not in fact be some weird portal through space time.
If it's the latter then the first check is hole concentricity then position I suppose, if it's the former them locating the super massive gravitational thingy, I just took my medication btw,

A three dimensioned hole is not necessarily round.

It's not a problem. Drill a couple holes today. Drill some more tomorrow, and step drill one of yesterday's holes larger.

Perhaps for some of them, you will need to wait until next week, or next year.......

I tried to drill a hole and then tap all three ends. It cross threaded. I should have taken more time.

I vaguely remember from high school algebra drawing in multi dimensions, 4 or 5. here's what one looks like....you can keep going with the number of dimensions. If you are dreaming this, you are likely suffereing from EBDS.

I'm not sure...I awoke before I could memorized the proof. It only occupied about a dozen lines or so but it was somewhat...complicated.
