Fishing lure jig

I was wondering if anyone out there has built a fishing lure jig similar to this one. They are very expensive and I'd like to build one myself. I don't have any idea on where to start. I've looked around for drawings but cant find any. I would be grateful for any help.

Ive built my fair share of rods/ lures and cant place ever seeing that or having a need for it. I always just built my jigs etc from preformed wire blanks that were pretty cheap to begin with.
