I saw that this morning.. something tells me the Millrite is a basket case. At the least you would need a motor, and I'd bet the farm it needs some gibs, nuts/screws, and bearings. Would add up quick. I guess an optimist local to it could justify it as throwing a thousand at it, and having a (possibly) decent machine.

Even if it is, Millrites are VERY easy to work on and repair.
Parts for Millrites are easily available too.
That IS a steal.
