Hitachi L100 VFD Error Code

My Hitachi L100 VFD will periodically display the error code E07 when plugged in and the load connected, with power, but the VFD not "turned on".

The manual says it is due to: • DC bus voltage exceeds a threshold, due to regenerative energy from motor

Does anyone know why this would happen when the motor is not running and is it of concern?

It "could" be that you input mains gets too high;that will give the same error. How stable is the input voltage?

Thanks, I wondered if high mains voltage could cause it.

I have no idea about the mains voltage, no way to monitor it over time that I can think of without some kind of recording meter.
