  • Help we need is what voltage this motor is

We were wiring the Laugun up today. The phase converter started the motor but it ran 1/2 speed no diagram inside the cover to show how to wire the motor to 208.

    Can anyone help.?

Your motor is a wye-delta motor, because the two voltages listed are at a ratio of 1.73 :1.

With the three terminals bridged together with the links, it should currently be wired for the WYE voltage, which is the HIGHER voltage, or 380V in your case.

To wire for 220V, the three links should go straight across in your picture, at right angles to what they are now.

Here is a typical diagram, showing the links at top right

        Hi,
The motor info tells me that it is 220 Volts AC in delta configuration or 380 in Star configuration. So decide what configuration you are going to use and you are on your way.
