    I don't have a TIG to check but if they're hard, it may be a Duratron polyamide. Otherwise, a PTFE (Teflon). Both have service temperatures over 600*F and up to 1000* short term for Duratron. The Duratron requires no less than carbide tooling but diamond is preferred. Unless you buy it pre-molded, it's tough stuff.
