I was at West Edmonton Princess Auto and they have Cle-Line drill bits in surplus section 1/8,3/16 and 1/4 in 10 packs.Made in Mexico priced at 10 to 11 bucks per pack,drilled 20 consecutive holes no lube in 1/4" mild steel,tryed them on Grade 9 180,000 high tensile bolts they didn't like that so much.Okay for the price.

cle line was cleavland drill usa but not now

I picked up some of those packs off the clearance pile for $5, packages were dirty so I guess they were discounting. Decent drills, and the sizes they had were 1/8" and 1/4" which are good starter hole sizes.
