    Not the worst though:

For the record, im not bagging on those plans in the least, the machine is well designed and an ingenious solution for people who dont have any metalworking equiptment. Unfortunately the machine itself sucks, coming from someone who built and used one for several years. It worked, but everything was a complete chore

Although the price is outrageous just look at other low volume few off production 'craft' items. Electric spinning wheels come to mind. Then 'works of art' where a nice clean white canvas is turned to trash by some twerp sploshing paint on it, lumps of clay that could have made a useful brick get made roundish and called a 'vase' etc. There seem to be suckers who have so much money they won't notice the price if it is 100 or 1000, they pay 2000 to go for a walk (golf club) 400 for a run (treadmill) even $5 for a glass of dirty water (beer). I switch off lights to save fractions of a penny yet give 1000 times my annual saving to charity. We are all suckered sometimes.

So, the grinder in the OP had no motor - this one does not even have a place/fitting to take a motor!!

I guess you just bolt it down somewhere
If it does'nt fit, hit it.

. Are you asking about the green grinder. Those wheels are 10in expander wheels. I ordered them from a blacksmith supply place. They use 2X21 in belts. Valley farrier has them.
