Nice work. Proves that demand valve design is functional, a previous build of it on here ended with failure.

Do you have a side view of the demand valve, showing
the placement of the gasket and diaphragm? This was always
lacking in the build sheets that I have.
      Thanks

Can't watch the video without an account.... No dice, but believe you all the same.
Not to tarnish your accomplishments(s), but why is this a triumph? I've seen full size hit'm'miss engines running on propane at shows.

Olf20 the lid, part with vent hole, is on top. Then gasket. Then diaphram. Then base, part with brass hose fittings.

Also the diaphragm needs to be installed with the
Huge aluminum washer side facing twards the base, part with brass hose fittings.

Reggie_obe. I put the video in the public area so no account is required to view.
This engine is NOT full size. The piston is 3/4 of an inch in diameter. Due to that the vaccuume draw is tiny and people are having trouble activating the demand valve with such low vaccuume.

            I.e. personal triumph

I grant you that and I wasn't disputing it in the previous post.

Wouldn't let me watch video either without a account. I am guessing that the "public area" still requires a account just that viewers don't have to be on your friends list or similar.

I just scrolled down to where there's an arrow on the picture. Clicked on the arrow and the video ran. I don't have a Facebook account.
