No, but interestingly enough I spent the entire day studying via YouTube how to make plugs, moulds, and composite parts out of fiberglass and carbon fiber. Recently been bit by the ME-262 bug and suddenly want to scratch build one out of CF and put two turbine gas engines in it. You can buy them now for 1500 each with 6+ lbs of thrust and up. They are actually cost effective now compared to some electric setups. Going to do my Connie at a later date.

Do me the favor of bringing it to the Nall event at Triple Tree so I can see it....

It's vaporware at the moment, but that Nall event looks like a lot of fun
I got that. Sounds like it could be awesome. I've been a WWII aviation buff since I was a kid so would not want to miss it. Seriously considered building a 3/4 scale 2 seat 'stang instead of the Vans RV7 I built. Practicality and better time to complete made the choice.
great pics 3, any free flight stuff there? thats my old interest.
Someone was flying a really nice rubber band powered plane that flew for several minutes on one winding. It had a huge propeller that appeared to turn at maybe 60 RPM. My son and I watched it in awe as it slowly climbed in a slow spiral climb, then a slow spiral descent.

Great photos 3phase, so what is your next project going to be?
I started working on a F20 TigerShark 40 size. I bought two of them around 15 years ago, built one with an OS40FX w/tuned pipe and a 9x9 prop. I loved that plane until the elevator let go.
