    "Soft" in my case was IIRC, about 30A Durometer, and about 15mm thick x 75mm diameter.
    CNC machines only go through the motions.

    Ideas expressed may be mine, or from anyone else in the universe.
    Not responsible for clerical errors. Or those made by lay people either.
    Number formats and units may be chosen at random depending on what day it is.
    I reserve the right to use a number system with any integer base without prior notice.

      I've used a dremel type device on the tool holder with a milling type cutter. Worked well on urethane

        Good idea! That ought to work.

        I bet you found out just how much shredded rubber it tossed around, though! Grinding the rubber was bad enough.

          I don't know Durometer values, but to give some perspective I would say the wheel I cut was close to the same hardness as the typical gray hospital wheel.
