"Soft" in my case was IIRC, about 30A Durometer, and about 15mm thick x 75mm diameter.

I've used a dremel type device on the tool holder with a milling type cutter. Worked well on urethane

I don't know Durometer values, but to give some perspective I would say the wheel I cut was close to the same hardness as the typical gray hospital wheel.AndyComment
