I have the 20th edition of Machinery's Handbook and the 1st edition of "Modern Machine Shop's Handbook for the Metalworking Industries". As an amateur machinist, I have found the latter more helpful. I seem to remember that Thrud was going to buy it. His comments would be very interesting.
