If only my pickup were a long bed I'd be cranking out parts on my kitchen table right now!

Hmmm... You could make one very long crazy straw with that..

It has a bloody taper attachment.

In case, you know, you want to make a billet one-piece aluminum mast for your civil war frigate or something.

There was one even bigger a year or so back- 55" by something ungodly like 60 feet. Starting bid of $50 on Ebay, no takers. It'd cost you $100,000 to move and reposition it.

        Doc.
Doc's Machine. (Probably not what you expect.)

Is this what you call a watchmakers lathe?

You could turn a new Seattle Space Needle with this lathe.

All you have to do is buy it and take the cutting torch to it. Make a nice size wide gap lathe if you cut if off at the first support

Save the other pieces in case you want to start machining light poles or something.

Actually, you could probably machine some railroad tracks with those bed ways.. Kinda like giving back a little.
