Canedy-otto lathe

I got a lathe the other day (decided the best way to learn how to run a lathe was to get one) the lathe I got is made be canedy-otto or that is what it says but I cant find any info that they ever made lathes does anyone know where to find info on them. I will post pics as soon as I get it home which will probably be saturday as this -40 weather should be over by then (hard to start a forklift at that temp)
